Budugu is rounding up nearby spots…

Budugu is run by Priyank Chevendra, an individual based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Using the site or the Budugu apps, or creating an account, means you accept these terms. They're written plainly on purpose — if anything is unclear, ask at hello@budugu.in.
Please read this part properly, because it's the one that matters for your dog.
Everything on Budugu is contributed by dog parents. Places, leash rules, shade, water, fencing, crowd levels, wildlife and community animals are what someone observed on the day they visited. Gates get locked, rules change, management changes its mind, and animals move around. Budugu shows when a place was last confirmed and flags what nobody has checked, precisely because none of it is guaranteed.
You are responsible for your dog and for your own safety. Check access and pet rules yourself before you rely on them, judge whether a place suits your dog, and follow local laws and the rules of the place you visit. Budugu is not a veterinary, legal or safety service, and nothing here is professional advice.
You need to be 18 or older to create an account. Give accurate information, keep your password to yourself, and tell Priyank Chevendra if you think someone else is using your account. You're responsible for what happens under it.
You can close your account whenever you like with Delete my account on your account page, on the website or in the app. It takes effect straight away and can't be undone. What that removes and what stays is described in the Privacy Policy.
Budugu may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the Community guidelines. Serious breaches, such as threats, sexual content, cruelty to animals or sharing a person's private details, can lead to closure without warning. If you think Budugu got it wrong, you can ask for a second look through the Grievance Officer.
You keep ownership of your photos, comments and listings. By posting them you give Budugu permission to show, store and share them on the site and in the Budugu apps, and to resize photos so they load quickly — only to run Budugu. Budugu won't use your photos or words in advertising or promotion outside the site and apps without asking you first; screenshots showing Budugu as it is are the only exception.
You can withdraw that permission for a photo or comment by deleting it, or your account. Places you add are shared information about a place, so they stay on Budugu after you leave, with your name removed, and the permission for them continues.
Only post what's yours to post: your own photos, and information you have actually observed. Don't post other people's photos or private details, and don't add places you have no business listing, such as the inside of someone's home.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour on Budugu. Do not post anything that is hateful, harassing, threatening, obscene, sexual, violent, cruel to animals, illegal, deliberately false, spam or advertising, or that shares somebody else's personal information.
Every comment and photo has a “⋯” menu to report it or block the person who posted it. Reports are reviewed and acted on, usually within 24 hours: offending content is removed and accounts that post it can be suspended or deleted without notice. Blocking someone hides everything they post from you straight away.
New listings are reviewed before they appear, and obviously abusive language is rejected automatically, but Budugu can't promise to catch everything before you see it.
The Community guidelines explain what this means day to day, and what Budugu does when a post breaks them.
Don't break the site, work around its security or the rules about what you can see, scrape it wholesale, use it to build a competing database, impersonate anyone, or use it for anything illegal. Budugu may change, limit or stop any part of the service.
The Budugu name, the Budugu mascot and logo, and the site's and apps' design, text and code belong to Priyank Chevendra. Sharing links to Budugu and its places is always welcome. Using the name, mascot or logo in a way that suggests Budugu made, runs or endorses something needs permission first — ask at hello@budugu.in.
Budugu uses Google Maps for maps and place search, and links out to Google Maps for directions. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and Budugu isn't responsible for them.
Budugu is provided as it is, free of charge, with no warranty of any kind. There's no promise that it will always be available, that listings are accurate or current, or that any place is safe or suitable for your dog.
To the extent the law allows, Priyank Chevendra is not liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from using Budugu or from visiting a place you found here — including anything that happens to you, your dog or anyone else. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under India's consumer protection law that can't be signed away.
These terms may change. When they do in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and the change is announced on the site. Continuing to use Budugu means the new version applies.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction over any dispute.
